Hello, I have never been on this sub before so I'm uncertain if I'm even in the right place but I recently decided to get as fit as I possibly can and with some advice from a family member who used to body build, I have pretty much limited my diet to what's listed above as well as eggs, canned tuna, milk and protein powder occasionally. I'm trying to maintain a caloric deficit while eating around 1.5g protein / lb of my body weight as well as working out 5 times a week.

What I wanted to know was if this is unsustainable due to the diet lacking. Any sources, recommendations, or anecdotes would be greatly appreciated.
