I recently started working 10 hour days along with trying to build up muscle mass. But I’ve become so fatigued that I skip meals because I’m too tired to cook, which leads to the same problem. Anyone have any quick “throw it in pot” kinda recipes? Smoothies, soup,etc as long as it restores my energy and isn’t a hassle to make idc what it could be.
