20:4 fast/feed


Day 1 success. I chose my 'feed' hours 3-7pm because that's the timeframe I primarily eat anyway. I drank coffee, tea and water during the day and will continue through the night with water and probably some tea.I felt fine all day but did overeat during my food period of time. I ate things I normally like to eat instead of especially healthy foods and feel a little too full. (my diet isn't terrible, but I don't restrict anything) I was worried I'll be hungry waiting for 3pm tomorrow.I'm wondering if I should have an even longer fast, or really try to change my diet/not binge during feast time.
