I was thinking of doing something like almonds, Fruit, and beef jerky; as both jerky and almonds have good protein (Im exercising very hard recently so i want this to help with the muscle regen) and all of them have good nutrients and flavor, do you think this would be a good lunch for school or maybe I should add sonething?
