This keeps happening. In the evening, before bed, I'll decide: "ok, tomorrow I'm going to eat healthy." I'll make it through a relatively healthy breakfast, but then a few hours later, I start craving something unhealthy for lunch, and get really hungry and then eat it. Then I feel disgusted with myself. And the cycle continues. How do I break this cycle?

Do I have to remember to keep healthy snacks around for when that late morning hunger strikes? Should I make sure I'm never getting too hungry?
