Hi all! I recently watched a video of a guy who used an immersion blender on cottage cheese and it created a creamy mixture he used for Alfredo, Mac & cheese, cheese fries, etc. To me, I saw that as a brilliant way to get some added protein while making some not-so-healthy meals a little more nutritious. I’m looking for any other suggestions or ideas where you could substitute or “hack” a meal to make it more nutritious - thanks!
