Is canned fish good for breakfast? https://ift.tt/Zf6kvbh

Unfortunately I don't usually eat very healthy, because of both money and time issues. I used to eat 2 frozen pizzas and called it a day - without even a breakfast. I tried to change this, and started to make eggs every morning. But after a few days, I had to let go becasue it was quite time consuming for me (I have to go to work at 5 am every day - eventually decided to sleep half an hour more for the sake of skipping breakfast completely).

I know breakfast is very important - so I decided quickly eating a can of tuna fish before leaving for work. But some of my friends told me fish for breakfast is not healthy. What are some of the opinions of the people of this sub?
