I recently started making a juice that I drink 1-2 times a day with celery, kale, lemon juice, pear and ginger. The ingredients vary depending on what I have on hand, but I mostly started doing it because I’m trying to lose weight and it’s a great way to combat hunger when I’m craving a snack. However, I can’t help but think it’s probably pointless in terms of nutrition and that I am wasting a ton of fruits and vegetables that I could be eating whole instead. Thoughts?
