I love snacking on nuts (cashews especially) but I've always held myself back because I've heard of how much fat they have per serving. However, I've also been hearing about the importance of healthy fats, which I'm pretty sure nuts like cashew have. Should I still be careful about eating nuts or can I incorporate more of them into my diet? How many nuts are too much?

I'm trying to reduce my sugar and fat intake, and I'm pretty new to healthy eating so any input is appreciated :)
