I lost 7.3 lbs in 4 weeks 🥳


44F; SW 157.3, CW 150, GW 130. 5’3”.I was afraid to weigh in this morning and get discouraged but now I am so motivated to keep it up. I have also been doing the whole30 diet/dry January. I was planning on adding corn, beans, rice, and wine in moderation back into my diet starting 2/1 but now I’m wondering….should I mess with a good thing??? 🤔 My February goal is to drop 2 lbs, 1/2 a lb a week.Edit: I am doing 16:8 every day via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/QJnIY4e https://ift.tt/psYozBk
