New member with a goal. A strict diet and a fitness routine. Trying to loose alittle weight while building some muscle.

What are good breakfast options toward a fitness routine? Im trying to avoid eggs and ham every day. Would avocado and wheat bread be good with just egg whites?

I 5’7, weigh 185 and want to slim down to 155.

My routine consists of running 1 mile each day with weight lifting & cardio. I do work a 9-5 and it is sort of labor intensive. I plan on going 2 months straight. Just trying to find the right diet. I appreciate any input and thank the food gods for your response.
