So I’m trying to start a healthy lifestyle. After 3 kids my weight is just not where I need it to be. So I drink a lot of lemonade, juice and tea. Mainly lemonade. I’m trying to cut all that out and do only water, but it doesn’t quench my thirst, my mouth still feels dry after drinking it. I’ve tried the water packets and drops but they taste EXTREMELY sweet and make me nauseous. I’ve also tried sparkling water, tonic water and the taste is too much, it’s too sweet for me. Can anyone give me some advice, a recipe, something I can try for my waters.
