I don’t feel full after eating breakfast. I usually eat 3 eggs(usually boiled but also scrambled or fried depending on the day) and a pack of Quaker low sugar quick oatmeal and 150g of non fat plain Greek yogurt with a little bit of fruit(usually berries but I’m eating kiwi fruit recently). This is about 400-450 calories with 35 grams of protein, which I think should be enough for a high school girl. Sometimes it is filling, but I often feel very hungry in a few hours before lunchtime. Should I eat more? If so, what food do you recommend?
