Even if you don’t fast long enough, IF leads to good habits.


I do at least 8 hours a day, is that enough? Second most common is 12 hours and sometimes I achieve 14. But either way reaching for 100% has brought me up to 75% so it’s good to reach high and meet somewhere in the middle. I used to eat ALL DAY LONG.
