Hi! I made an amazing smoothie this morning that had mango and coconut cream. However, I want to add some “good stuff” to it so it’s a bit more packed with vitamins and such.

I know I can add spinach and chia seeds (which I have on hand!) but I’m looking for more names of things. I think I just want to learn about how to boost my diet. Any resources would be great.

I have a standing job, so I would like to add magnesium. I also take zinc for hormonal reasons. I just don’t really want to swallow pill after pill when I can get it from my diet, you know? Basically a normal version of the “Hailey Bieber” smoothie.
