It is such a crazy reset to get out of thinking, "I NEED to eat."


We need to eat to fuel our bodies eventually, sure. But as I've been listening to Dr. Fung's book The Obesity Code, I've been learning that our hunger hormones are really just a way of our body trying to self-preserve in case we run out of food in the future. Right now we have it available to us almost anywhere. It's crazy to think we don't actually need 3 meals a day.
