Tip for newbies regarding menstruation


Purely anecdotal but if anyone finds themselves in the same mental space as me, it might help to have this info.I’ve been doing 16:8 since Feb 1. No other changes to diet. I initially felt some slow progress in the mirror but lately felt I looked the same as in the beginning. I started to feel discouraged and had thoughts of quitting because it’s pointless. Then my period came and I realized I was really bloated and emotional.So stick it out through that time of month! Take a break from IF during that time if your body is asking for it.
