20 mnths intermittent fasting. -77 lbs (35kgs). I've gone ⬆️ & ⬇️ in weight also utilised keto and exercise but the one constant was IF. It's so doable as long as you have a healthy relationship with food (THIS IS KEY. I SEEKED HELP WHEN I NEEDED IT AND YOU SHOULD TOO. MENTAL HEALTH > WEIGHTLOSS)
