Anyone tried fasting 5 days a week?


I am thinking about fasting from Sunday evenings to Friday afternoons then doing 2 meals Friday Saturday and Sundays in a 4 hour window while sticking to Keto . I am primarily interested in maximizing autophagy, increasing insulin sensitivity, reducing fatty liver and PCOS issues. Anyone have any advice?
