I fell off the rails


I feel so guilty. I went on vacation for a week and didn’t fast at all. I also ate carbs when previously, I had been keto. When I came back from vacation, I was dealing with PMS and was crazy hungry and didn’t fast.Besides feeling crazy guilty about my bad habits these past two weeks, I physically feel sick. I weighed myself as soon as I returned from Jamaica and I had gained 4lbs. I’m afraid to weigh myself after my second week of bad choices.
