IF and cancer

I got diagnosed with Breast Cancer last October. I finished 6 rounds of chemo and had surgery 2.5 months ago. I have been started on a different chemo (total 14 rounds, one every three weeks; two rounds down) after surgery since there was some tumor left and I just started radiation (28 sessions). Is it safe for me to fast? How long and how often would it be ok to do so? I've seen many influencers online mention that if you have cancer, IF is a must. But I am not sure where to start safely and sustainably.
