Eating enough protein is hard


Trying to make some solid lifestyle changes (not my strong suit). Including IF, I am taking advice of a dietician and they are advising 100 to 172 grams of protein a day. That’s really hard to do. I thought i ate a lot of protein before I started tracking it but I wasn’t even close.Other than meat, fish, shakes, yogurt, and eggs, anyone have some good sources? via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/eSEwFTp https://ift.tt/uswY34P
