Does anybody else get the runs?


I have a routine the last 2 weeks where I’ll do OMAD M-W. My last meal will be at 12 or 1 in the afternoon on a Wednesday and I’ll fast for 48 hours until Friday between 12-1PM. I get the runs though and it last all day on Fridays from not eating for two days. This is the only downside to a 48 hour fast for me. Any advice? Sometimes I’m like “how tf can I have the runs?
