Is it okay to switch your fasting hours along the week?


I've started fasting 17/7 since a week ago, and it's already been beneficial in many different ways, I try and have my eating window from 13:00-20:00, somedays I try and do more than that, like from 14-20:00 or even 7pm, but somedays I've had to change the hours, due to a social event or any other reason, is that ok? via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/27rPgwv https://ift.tt/oROAI60
