Question around “dirty fasting” and protein shakes


G’day, apparently I do a thing called “dirty fasting” where I loosely follow 16:8 (sometimes 17:7 and 20:4) I am pretty easy with it and I have two milked based coffees in the morning. For those wondering I have lost 10kgs in about 15 weeks (22pounds). I am wanting to ramp up my protein and bulk some lean mass and I just keep eating this way as it is easy for me. The question is can I have protein shake in that 16:8 time frame or would that be breaking that fast?
