Early eating window


I wake up early and am in bed by 8pm, so I’ve never liked the idea of the popular eating window that is 12-8pm. I prefer an earlier window so I’m done eating by lunch or late afternoon. Anyone else? I get so ravenous and light headed if I don’t have breakfast by like 9am… especially since my morning exercise is at 5:30am!
