Help for the Tired and Hungry NOOB


Hoping for some support.I am three weeks into my IF adventure. I am currently using the Simple app, and started with a 12 hr fast window, this week increasing to 13/14 hr window. My goal is to progress to 16:8 and maintain that through the winter and maybe beyond.The first week and half went great, but now I am constantly hungry, even very shortly after I've eaten. Like, REALLY hungry. I am mostly vegetarian with a little fish and protein. Allergic to eggs. My meals have included various protein, I've reduced carbs but they are still there. It's surprising how hungry I am just a half hour after eating a meal with significant protein. When I'm in the fasting window I'm also very hungry, but have so far been able to remain disciplined about it. It's occured to me that this might be my brain more than anything else.Is this something others have experienced after eating, in the beginning?The other thing is I am very tired and low energy. Hoping this is normal in the beginning but see people talking about having so much energy.
