How to have cheat meals and still lose weight like usual?


I started IF 3 weeks ago and happily lost 5KGS, no exercise, just a very mindful diet. I have found really healthy alternatives for pizza and burgers, but i miss my cheesy fries so bad!😭 How can I have cheat meals and still have the same progress?
