F/30/5'2 [152>118=34lbs] (~18mo) Learning to eat better and exercising for 1hr, 3x a week. Mostly biking with some 3lb weights for biceps/triceps while I pedal and watch tv. Also started doing some crunches this past week. Goal is 110 but might try some strength training and see where I end up.
