Fourth day 16:8


This experience is so interesting so far. It’s hard in the mornings, waiting until I can eat, but otherwise it’s not too bad. The pro is that I have a lot more energy, in fact I’m not sleeping through the night, I lay awake for hours, starting about 3 am, until it’s eating time, around 10 am. And then I can’t take naps, like I have been doing for the last year or so. The con is that I’m obsessed with food. I’m always thinking of what my next meal will be. The pro is that now I want my meals to be really good, I don’t want to waste my meals on trash. Another pro is that I am suddenly aware of all the junk or filler I was eating. That’s my report!
