Losing weight but not actually losing weight?


I have been doing 16:8 for about a month, with the goal of losing weight and feeling better overall. I have definitely lost weight, but not according to the scale. All of my clothes fit better and I have had some compliments from people. But the scale has barely budged -3lbs. I feel great thought and I will keep going with IF regardless. But, sometimes it's a bit discouraging when I don't see the number proof on the scale that I am actually losing the weight.
