1 thing to remember on IF

In my opinion, #1 rule to remember when deciding to go on IF is:This is NOT a temporary diet plan, it is a permanent lifestyle change. Why it is like that? Because it is such a drastic change to our bodies that forces it to adapt to the new circumstances, it makes it to reorganize itself, makes many changes to the hormonal phases and releases, so once you commit to it, you should not treat it as a diet. Don't stop IF just because you hit your goal on a scale, or you will jojo back to when you started.IF benefits not only your weight, but also entire body, from top to bottom, inside and out, you are doing it to improve your health, not just for losing weight.Fixing insulin resistance, fixing you sleep, regeneration, autophagy, skin condition, organs condition, liver health, guts and microbiome of intestines, it also lowers risk of you getting a cancer. If you stop doing it, and start feeding your body endless stream of food, you are losing it all.Deciding when to eat is as much important as what you eat. Food does not heal you, your body does, and it does best healing when it is not busy digesting food all around the day and night. Also remember, it is perfectly ok to eat your favorite foods from time to time even it they will halt your weight loss for a day, you don't have to murder yourself with green leaves everyday, especially once you hit your goal and don't need to lose more weight. via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/3TlgRAr https://ift.tt/PeiQ2hq
