4 pounds in a month is good right?


I know I gotta trust the process but is 4 pounds a month good enough? Should I lower my carbs and up my protein intake? I’m already in a calorie deficit and I’d like to getting more steps in. I currently do 18:6 and keep a calorie intake of around 1100 my tdee for maintenance is 1843. What else can I be doing? Or is this enough?
