How do you cope with the feeling of failure?


I have been doing so well with my 18:6 fasting. I usually give myself one night on the weekend to enjoy evening snacks, but today I just couldn’t handle it. I ate 5 pieces of pizza, a muffin, and a mouthful of sugary cereal during my fasting period. I stopped after shovelling the sweet goodness into my mouth and realized that I was in fact binging.
