I feel like I’ve lost my ability to fast.


I’ve been hardcore 20:4 since 2018. For the last 6 years I’ve been at it, rarely ever eating outside my window. But in the last 3-4 months I’ve probably “cheated”/eaten more times outside of my window. More than I I have in the last 6 years. We’re not talking about a slow fade here … it’s like all my will power evaporated into thin air overnight, and it’s definitely messing with my head.
