M/36/6'0" [293 lb > 200 lb > 233 lb] Got fat eating everything in sight! Lost most of the fat counting 1800 calories and 10k steps daily. Started eating 200+ grams of protein and lifting 3-4 times every week to put on 30 lbs of muscle over 5+ years of lifting. Still trying to cut the last bit of fat
