Any lifting athletes have an IF strategy?


I am training for a Powerlifting competition in May. Just finished my last Hypertrophy block, headed into strength and peaking phases. I would love to go back to IF, like 20-4, to trim up a bit while not in a muscle building phase. The issue is, schedule wise I can most consistently lift from 8.30-10 am. I could try just doing coffee / cold brew to get going in the morning, but pre-workout really takes those lifts to the next level.
