Protein intake on 20:4 and 19:5?


I’ve been IF since June 2023, but I have not been making good choices in my eating windows. I am looking to change this and have started upping my fruit & veggie intake. Now I want to focus on adding in more protein. I have a bad habit of going overboard and getting into my head about this though - I worry that I’m not going to get enough protein with such a short window. Any advice?
