Granola… whoops


So I typically eat a bowl of high protein granola with milk after my dinner. I’ve been staying pretty consistent with my weight the last couple weeks, even though I’d like to lose about 12 lbs to get to my goal and I’ve been doing OMAD/23:1 pretty consistently.Decided to bust out the food scale and weigh out what my typical bowl of granola looks like.
