Should I stop or change my IF?


I’m seeking some advice on what I should do moving forward. I started IF about 5 months ago and have gone from around 206 to 167 in that time. I’m around or almost to my target weight, not completely sure where I want it to be, but I’m not sure what to do moving forward. Currently I try to keep to 18-6. My question is, since I’ve lost the weight, should I stop altogether? I worry I’d gain the weight back. Or maybe make my eating window larger?
