20:4 low energy / fatigued - been at it for 2 months


Started in May at 250 now down to 230ish at 6’2” so still overweight and shooting for 200. Been doing it for 2 months as mentioned and I feel at times my energy is really low. Like I feel very fatigued and it takes a lot of energy to get normal things done. I haven’t been working out, but I do have house chores, work on my car, cut the lawn, go out to hang out with friends, etc. I’m wondering could it be my body still adjusting or is it I’m just not eating enough? No alcohol, drugs, or medication. I usually eat eggs, smoothies, peanut butter,bananas, raspberries, watermelon, etc. basically try to avoid carbs and sugar added stuff.
