For those who do OMAD


How do you get enough calories in a day!? I’ve been doing it for about 2 weeks now and realizing some days I don’t even hit 1,000 calories: not good! I am a vegetarian, so that is part of what makes it tricky. But I also feel like my stomach has gotten smaller so I fill up quicker.
