I lost 15 lbs in one month


Hello everyone, I need your help based on your experience.I lost 15 lbs(22 yo girl from 210 lbs to 195 lbs ,5'5 ) in the first month even though I ate the calories I needed and didn’t deprive myself.For reference, I followed an intermittent fasting plan.But I’m worried about losing weight too quickly.I’m also concerned about possible side effects like loose skin.Do you have any tips for me?I especially need advice about exercise, since I’m not very consistent.If you know good online resources that could help me stay on track and avoid loose skin, please share them.For context, I have PCOS and insulin resistance, and I can’t see a nutritionist. via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/m70UQW2 https://ift.tt/UsMrwXa
