How are some people seeing loses like 7lbs a week, or 20lbs in a month?


I've been doing this for 3 1/2 months now with a total of 26lbs lost. I did OMAD exclusively for the first 1.5 months and then started doing a mix of O/TMAD since. Never saw a dramatic dropping of water weight. I lost about 1.5lbs a week in the first month. Since the 2nd month or so, I've been losing about 2lbs a week. So when I see that someone lost like 20lbs in a month, I just wonder how they were able to do it.2lbs/wk translates to cutting about 1000 calories. So does that mean others are cutting way more calories, like going from 3k to 1k?
