IF newbie question

Hi - I’ve been OMAD and IF (20:4) for awhile now. I have also improved my diet slightly, but haven’t stepped up my exercise regimen at all.All in all I haven’t seen much of a change yet.The transformations I’ve seen on this subreddit have been truly inspiring, but I am getting discouraged.
