Whomp Whomp


I’ve been fasting for a little over a month on Alternate Day Fasting (ADF) 36:12, and it’s been phenomenal for cutting weight!On my fast days, I am thinking about ALL the foods I want to eat and I prepare my lunch & dinner well in advance for the next day, but when I do end up eating, I am only able to eat a quarter of the food prepared.
