Broke my fast with a croissant and coffee cake today and it made me feel gross all day


35F, 5’1”, 120lbs. I’ve been doing 16:8 or 17:7 on the weekdays for a few months. I paired Invisalign with IF and it’s been working pretty well. I have recently been breaking my fast with a yogurt parfait, a soft boiled egg, coffee with milk, and psyllium husk capsules. Today we had a celebration at work and I broke my fast at 9:00 (15hr 40 min) instead of 10:30 with croissants and crumb cake. And a few berries. I’m on a slight cut so I ended up skipping my high fiber protein yogurt parfait to make up for some of the calories. Rest of the day was normal eating but now it’s about 7pm and I still feel sluggish. I’m at the gym and definitely feel weaker and am getting a little headache. I felt like my blood sugar was all over the place all day.
