Lost 23kg via OMAD and again via water fasting

While I was actively prepping for a power lifting competition in 2020, I started eating one meal a day of about 1500 calories and training at the gym 15 hours a week. I managed to lose 23kg in about 2 months, droping to 89kg and lifting 257.5kg at the competition - gained a lot of strength even though the caloric restriction.5 years later, I somehow found myself at 120kg after focusing more on work. - Wearing shoes and cutting my toenails was a chore- My sleep quality suffered and I had to get a sleep apnea machine.- I could not jog 200m without my shins feeling like they would explode. This was especially sad as I used to run 100m in 10.98s at university. Inspired by Steven bartlett's guests, I decided to try the water fasting trend!I was amazed at the results and how easy it was. I was scared that id be hungry all the time but to my surprise after day 3, the hunger disappeared and I literally forgot about the concept of hunger. In the first 22.5 days I dropped from 120 to 104kg. I took a break and started again about 18 days ago and I dropped to 96kg. That is 24kg gone in 40 days!!I hope to carry on for another 4 weeks, perhaps Ill be able to hit my goal of 80kg by thenAlready,- my sleep Apnea is effectively cured- I have more mental clarity- I have more time to work and build my business instead of thinking about what I'm going to eat and how to get it- I have saved some money- I'm finaly able to wear all my favorite clothes. This is just a temporary thing to quickly get me out of a mental and physical health danger zone. once im done, ill jump back to OMAD for consistency. With these results possible naturally, im not sure why anyone would use Ozempic. via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/TcJYSI7 https://ift.tt/RfNSr65
