M/33/5’10” SW: 320lbs. CW: 250lbs. GW: 200lbs. Wife sent this pic of 2yr ago vs now. Most progress has been made this year. On Jan 3rd, my weight was 303. Since then I have been pretty consistent, and with my wife’s encouragement I am in a lot better place.
