Just wanted to share something I am super proud of. 110ish pounds over the course of 9ish months

16:8 - A year of progress. Been intermittent fasting for 2 months now, and have seen a significant change. Hoping to do more 20:4 + adding in strength training for definition

F/31/5'3" [171>165=6lbs] I got laid off from my job and decided to hit the gym and try weight lifting to help with my loose skin issues from my weightloss. This was my 12th week and I have lost 4 inches from my belly, 3 from my waist, and 2 from my hips. I feel so much more confident & strong!

M/54/6’10”/2.08M SW 625lbs (283.5kg) CW 520lbs (236kg) GW 250lbs (113.4kg) Progress After 29 Weeks. OMAD/20:4

F/18/164 cm [73 > 65 kg = 7 kg] I managed to stop overeating for literally every meal of the day and started care for my body again! And I'm also not overweight anymore :) I've still got a long way to go, but it's very nice to see the change.

M/32/5’10” [240 lbs > 190 lbs = 50 lbs] Ran a 7:13 mile and a 27 min 5K. Ran my first 10K to see if I could. I battle body dysmorphia and some depression, but have never been happier with my body.

January 2020 - October 2020. 76lbs down (23:1) I’ve never felt better and I’m NEVER going back!

M/35/6'0" [260 > 176 = -84lbs] (4 years) Finally hit my 2020 goal of 80kgs (176lbs). I have to remind myself where I began and where I'm going and that the weight is only half the battle. The most difficult half is having the mental fortitude to stay the course.

F/24/5'9 [205lbs > 175lbs = - 30lbs] (4 months) sometimes it's hard to realise how much progress you've made until you look back. Weight loss and waist training have completely changed me. Been maintaining for a few months now.

F/28/5'8 [193lbs > 163lbs = 30lbs] hit a big milestone today after 9 months of CICO and exercise (my BMI is finally in the "normal" range)

Decided to change my life around a little bit mid September 2020. 16:8 with exercise 3-4 days. 28/M/5’11. SW:208 CW:174 GW:165

M/21/5’9" [240>170 = 70 lbs lost] It’s been a rough 2.5 years, but it was so worth it!

All in One week and after a long plateau I got under 90kg for the first time in 10 years AND ran 10km in under an hour for the first time..
